Note : All Xerox Copy should be notarized by the notary public
Passport valid at least six months
1 visa form and 1 family details form
2 photographs with white background
Covering letter for stating purpose of visit
Hotel confirmation / Tour itinerary
Bank statements last six months
Income tax returns last three years

If Honeymoon purpose	Marriage card from husband and wife and engagement or marriage photographs
If employed	Letter from employer stating no objection, salary slip last three months, Tax returns last three months or from 16
If visit relatives	Sponsor ship form in original from invitee and full details of sponsor status and finance and relation ship with applicant

Note: Fees are accepted in the form of a Demand Draft in the name of "Immigration New Zealand", payable at a bank in New Delhi. The revised list of Banks is attached. Note: The application fee is not refundable if your application is unsuccessful. Due to currency fluctuations, fees are subject to change without notice.
